Our Policy on Rates and Reservations
- Rates subject to Mono County Bed Tax (no cancellations on holidays).
- Ten day cancellation required.
Rain checks available for eligible refunds.
- Service charge on all refunds.
 Well-behaved pets are welcome. The rate is $15.00 per night, per pet. Pets cannot
be left unattended in the units or tied outside. Owners are responsible for damage. A pet
deposit may be required.
- CHECK IN: 2:00PM
- CHECK OUT: 11:00AM
